I must agree - the sheer quantity of videos out there makes it difficult and time consuming to find the really good ones - unless you get lucky. I guess that tells us how carefull we'd have to be to ensure our intended audience can access what we want them to see.
Like the ninja librarian clip you found. I found a different one in my searches, but it was nowhere near the same quality...
