Embedding the video was the easy bit. It was finding a good one that took time. Ninja Librarian may be a tad extreme in his dealings with a problem patron, but I particularly like his stealthy 'thwook thwook' moves through the stacks and the flourish with which he maniacally stamps the book at the end.
When it comes to searching for social video, I think its always preferable to have something specific in mind. Otherwise hours can be whiled away trawling through the glut of mediocre videos online. I like it when friends and family hand pick clips and email them to me because then I can just enjoy them without doing the leg work. If you're looking for a diversion, however, browsing clips is one way to kill the time.
